The CCIM Institute Chapter Feature: The Middle Tennessee CCIM Chapter

We want to support all who are pursuing excellence in our industry, both those pursuing the Pin and promoting our Designees who have already earned this distinction.”
Founded in 1981, The Middle Tennessee CCIM Chapter is staying busy with educational opportunities, and their 196 active members that live in Nashville, Murfreesboro, Brentwood, Franklin, Hendersonville, Clarksville, and throughout middle Tennessee. President Tracy Ayers, CCIM and Vice President Jeff Thomas, CCIM lead this chapter, which is in the heart of the business, entertainment, and education hubs.
The Middle Tennessee CCIM Chapter is proud to have a variety of professionals committed to promoting The CCIM Institute in their market and maintaining their chapter's strength. In addition to being some of the most dedicated and accomplished commercial real estate professionals out there, they also manage to find time to give back to their communities.
This year alone, The Middle Tennessee CCIM Chapter has granted 14 scholarships for full class tuition. Their new DEI committee is ensuring that their educational opportunities, scholarships, and programming are accessible to everyone, and that and their University Alliance committee is active introducing those new to the industry to CCIM.
The Middle Tennessee CCIM Chapter was the top sponsor for this year’s Ring of Fire: A Music City Event Benefitting The CCIM Institute Foundation in Nashville during The CCIM Institute’s 2024 Midyear Governance Meetings. Proceeds from this event will support The CCIM Institute Foundation, including the Diversity, Named Education and Veterans Scholarships. The chapter’s large local fundraising event, the "Tin Cup," also raises funds for their local scholarship programs and local nonprofits like Nick’s Kids, Safe Haven, St. Jude, Rocketown, Empower Me Day Camp, and Nashville Rescue Mission.
