Course Description
This course provides relevant information about the Code and Standards of Practice of The CCIM Institute.
The Ethics course is an online, self-paced course that fulfills the CCIM Designation Curriculum requirement and NAR Code of Ethics requirement. Online self-paced courses do not have to be completed in one sitting. For Robert L. Ward Center for Commercial Real Estate courses, you will have access to the course content until the end of the calendar year in which it is purchased.
Effective January 1, 2019, The CCIM Institute designation cannot be earned solely through self-paced courses. A candidate must take at least one of the following as an instructor-led course: CI 102: Market Analysis for Commercial Investment Real Estate; CI 103: User Decision Analysis for Commercial Investment Real Estate; or CI 104: Investment Analysis for Commercial Investment Real Estate. Choose from any of these instructor-led course formats: Classroom, Blended, Virtual, or Online Instructor-Led.
Commercial Real Estate Certificate Program
Ethics has been approved as part of The CCIM Institute’s Introduction to Commercial Real Estate Certificate program.
Applicants in the program who complete the course will receive 3.0 credit hours toward the 40-hour program requirement.
