The retail development case study is organized around the CCIM Feasibility Analysis model. All spreadsheets will be available for you to use in your own work after the course.

With the rise of omnichannel and experiential, retail development has become more complex. The Evaluating Retail Development Projects course immerses you in the feasibility analysis of an urban retail project during two 90-minute online sessions.

While the course is designed as an elective within the CCIM Development Specialty Track, there are no restrictions on who can attend. Students need only the desire to further their knowledge and practice of real estate development.
