Many properties, having exhausted their current usefulness and earning capability, find that "starting over" is the best solution to "growing old." In the property redevelopment stage, the last of the seven addressed in The CCIM Institute's Development Specialty Track, you'll tackle the wide range of decisions vital to success - some that are unique to this stage and others that are repeat decisions similar to other stages of development.
