Brian E. Estes, CCIM, CPM is President of The Estes Group, Inc. and Principal Member of Estes-Manning Management Group, LLC. Brian started the commercial real estate company after ten (10) years of commercial real estate experience as staff appraiser and associate broker for two commercial real estate companies and successfully operating the investment brokerage, property management, and valuation/consulting firm of Prudential CRES Commercial Real Estate. Additionally, he was a staff accountant at LDDS WorldCom after graduating from Mississippi College in 1992. Currently, all Estes’ organizations manage over 1,500,000 square feet of commercial space and over a 1,600 residential units representing nearly $125,000,000 in asset value.

AREAS OF SPECIALIZATION

Investment properties above $1,000,000, specifically shopping centers, net-leased investments and multifamily investments. Representing both Sellers and Buyers who are invest in commercial real estate for wealth building purposes. I help clients looking to do 1031 tax-deferred exchanges. Additionally, I focus on the formation of partnerships and group investments for the purpose of investing in shopping centers, multi-tenant office/warehouses, apartments and net leased investments.

Married to the former Stacy Malpass for 28-years. We have three sons, including twin boys, Blake (19) & Dylan (19), and Caleb (14).
