George E. Wilson, CCIM, is a partner at Adams & Wilson Development in Mount Pleasant, S.C. During his 20 years in commercial real estate, Wilson has negotiated transactions with CVS Pharmacy, Starbucks Coffee Company, Murphy Oil, Kay Jewelers, Jared Jewelers, Whole Foods, and more.

Wilson has been a CCIM Institute instructor since 2008 and was awarded The CCIM Institute’s Robert L. Ward Instructor of the Year in 2023. Wilson also received the CI-102, Introduction to Market Analysis, Instructor of the Year award in 2022. He has served as Education Presidential Liaison (PL), the Institute’s Board of Director, as well as various Education Committee and Course Chairs. He was also the South Carolina CCIM Chapter President in 2009.

Wilson earned his Bachelor of Science in Business, Management, Marketing and Related Support Services from Appalachian State University.
