Gregg is a highly motivated real estate development executive with a strong proficiency in Commercial Real Estate property development, acquisition, and strategy execution. With over 20 years in the Commercial Real Estate Development and Investment arena Gregg has the ability to apply a quantitative and data driven approach to evaluating investment opportunities and the real-world investment experience to understand how to make the opportunities a reality.

As President of Ratcliff Development; a Regional Development and Investment Firm, Gregg deals with Building Development and Ownership; Gregg’s experience has proved invaluable to his Team and Partners. With a background in accounting and large-scale capital development projects Gregg has utilized this experience to help facilitate the beginning and growth of Ratcliff Development. His portfolio of completed projects ranges across Louisiana, New Mexico Texas and Minnesota with multiple asset classes and investment strategies.

Gregg joined the CCIM Institute Faculty in 2023 and currently teaches CI 103: User Decision Investment for CRE.
