Jerry Dawson is a seasoned commercial real estate professional with over 20 years of experience delivering strategic real estate solutions to clients across diverse sectors. He has led transactions totaling over $1.5 billion, including development, leasing, acquisition, and disposition projects. His expertise spans market analysis, financial modeling, transaction management, and corporate real estate strategy.

A CCIM Instructor since 2017, Jerry is passionate about mentoring the next generation of real estate professionals. In addition to his role with CCIM, he has served as a capstone advisor for the University of Maryland's Master of Real Estate Development program and as a guest lecturer at the University of the Virgin Islands.

Jerry is a former U.S. Navy officer and holds a bachelor's degree from the United States Naval Academy, as well as graduate degrees from George Washington University and Johns Hopkins University.
