Jim Rosen, CCIM, is Vice President - Brokerage at Pace Properties in St. Louis. During his 25 years in commercial real estate, he has negotiated many leasing transactions with many companies, including: Walmart, Lowe's, Tuesday Morning, Half Price Books, PNC Bank, Weekends Only Furniture, National Retail Properties, ULTA Beauty, Office Depot, Del Taco, and Hardee's Restaurants.

Rosen has been a CCIM Institute instructor since 1997.  He also teaches commercial real estate at ICSC University of Shopping Centers and corporate workshops for Corfac, Sperry Global Commercial Affiliates, NAI Global, and IAMC. Rosen was recognized as Instructor of the Year in 2014 by Institute faculty.

Rosen earned his bachelor's degree in biology from Westminster College.
