Kenisha Robnett, CCIM, has been a commercial practitioner since 2006. She is currently a Corporate Real Estate Advisor at Greenwood Commercial Real Estate in Atlanta, Georgia; specializing in retail, land, office and industrial brokerage services. She represents corporate users, private clients, and even international companies with their real estate needs. She also has experience in Corporate America with a Fortune 1 company, where she was responsible for an $8 billion-dollar real estate portfolio. There, she sold excess land, negotiated leases, managed 44 million sf of assets, and participated in site selection for new developments.
Robnett is an award-winning broker, that has been recognized as one of the top 25 most influential women in commercial real estate, Due to her leadership and industry proficiency she was selected to "The Leaders" for ULI Atlanta. In 2020, she was named “Broker of the Year” and a CRE Woman of Influence by GlobeStreet. In 2019 she was a recipient of the Connect Media’s "Women in CRE Award" and also recognized as a Regional and National Leader in the Industry.
With an undergraduate degree in Chemistry and Spanish, and a Master's in Real Estate Development, she is often a guest lecturer in the graduate real estate program at Georgia State University.
Robnett, has been an Instructor at The CCIM Institute since 2019 and she teaches CI-103 online. She has served on the Georgia CCIM Chapter Board since 2019 and was elected as the 50th President in 2022. She launched the chapter's mentorship program which has been going strong since 2020. Nationally, Robnett has served on the CCIM International Affairs, the Designation Committee, Diversity Committee, and the Foundation Board.
