Bio
Steve Cannariato, CCIM, is President of Steven H. Cannariato, Inc. in Boise, Idaho. During his 44 years in commercial real estate, Cannariato has brokered hundreds of retail, office and investment transactions. His experience also includes over 100 transactions with doctors, dentists and hospitals. He has built or developed 11 projects, 10 for his own account.
Cannariato has been a CCIM Institute instructor since 1986. He was recognized as Robert L. Ward CCIM Instructor of the Year in 1997, CI 101 Instructor of the Year in 2012, and CI 103 Instructor of the Year three times. He received the People’s Choice Award (highest student ratings) four different years.
Cannariato earned a bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University and a master’s degree in educational technology from Boise State University.
