Susan McClure, CCIM, is President at McClure Partners in Dallas. During her 40 years in commercial real estate, McClure has negotiated many transactions including a 100,000 square foot (SF) industrial build-to-suit Mitsubishi Electric Sales America, Inc., 80,000 SF laboratory build-to-suit  for Corning Clinical Labs, and a 55,000 SF security monitoring center build-to-suit for Westinghouse Security Systems.

McClure has been an instructor at The CCIM Institute since 2008. In 1996 she received the Best Headquarters Move, awarded by the Dallas Business Journal's Real Estate Deals for the 225,000 SF office relocation of AMRESCO to the Plaza of the Americas. 

McClure earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and History from Stephen F. Austin State University. She also holds a Texas Teacher's Certificate.
