Timothy S. Blair, CCIM is a real estate professional who has been in the industry for more than 30 years, having participated in hundreds of real estate deals as a sponsor, investor or a transaction broker. He is currently an investor in 75+ real estate deals with cumulative assets in excess of $500,000,000. Most recently, he was a partner in Shannon Waltchack before retiring in 2023.

He currently serves on CCIM Institute’s national board of directors and was CCIM Institute's global president in 2021. In addition, Blair is a Life Member of the Birmingham Association of Realtors’ Commercial Million Dollar Sales Club and former Board Chair of Birmingham Commercial Realtor Council (BCRC). He was 2017 National Association of Realtor’s Commercial Advocate of the Year.

He also currently serves on the Birmingham Metro YMCA Board (former Board Chair) as well as on the board of Main Street Alabama – a statewide organization dedicated to helping revitalize small towns throughout the state.

Blair received his bachelor’s degree from Colorado College and his MBA from University of Virginia's Darden School of Business.
