Todd Kuhlmann, CCIM, is CEO of CRE Tech, Inc. in Austin, Tex. During his 26 years in commercial real estate, Kuhlmann has done work for companies like KW Commercial, SVN, Lee & Associates, C21 Commercial, Coldwell Banker Commercial.

Kuhlmann has been an instructor at The CCIM Institute since 2008. He has also taught advanced commercial advisor courses for Century 21 Commercial and was lead instructor for emerging broker training for Coldwell Banker Commercial.
