Bill Moss, CCIM, is an Associate Broker at Southpace Properties, Inc. in Birmingham, Ala. During his 45 years in commercial real estate, Moss has negotiated transactions with a variety of companies; among them Colonial Properties Trust REIT, Catholic Diocese of Alabama, Sun Suites & Candlewood Suites, Dollar General, Burger King, Hooters, Texaco Xpress Lube, Carmike Cinemas, McCullough Snappy Oil, and Big Ten Tire.

Moss has been an instructor at The CCIM Institute since 1990. He also taught in the Field Artillery branch of the U.S. Army as a Tac Officer.

He was recognized by peers as CI 104 Instructor of the Year in 2006 and received the prestigious Robert L. Ward Instructor of the Year in 2007. Additionally, The CCIM Institute's faculty named him CI 104 Senior Instructor of the Year both in 2013 and 2014.

In 2008, The Alabama CCIM Chapter honored Moss with a Named Education Scholarship established in his name. Now fully funded, the scholarship is awarded annually to a student pursuing a commercial real estate career from Auburn University. During 2018 and 2019  Bill served on The CCIM Institute's Executive committee and its Board of Directors. Additionally, during 2018 he was Vice Chair of The CCIM Institute's Faculty Committee.

Moss earned an undergraduate in Business Administration and a Masters in Economics, both from Auburn University.
