Bio
Gail Collins serves as the Deputy CEO. Gail has progressed through staff leadership roles and currently leads operation functions providing a broad range of programs and services. Overseeing operations, annual budgeting, membership, recruitment and retention, strategic planning, international growth, diversity, chapter support and meeting planning. Serves as liaison to the Strategic Planning, Government Affairs and NAR Commercial.
Gail started at The CCIM Institute in 1990 as a Customer Service Representative. Over 33 years has held eleven positions. Gail was awarded an honorary CCIM Designation in 2023.
Gail holds an associate in arts in Business Administration from Olivet Nazarene University and bachelor's of Business Administration from DePaul University. Recently earned a certificate in Diversity Equity and Inclusion from the University of South Florida. Gail is a member of Association Forum and ASAE.
