Carol Campbell serves as Vice President for The CCIM Institute Technologies, Inc. During her 19 years with CCIM Tech she has worn many hats, combining sales, marketing, training and business development expertise. She has over 37 years of account management, marketing, sales, training and revenue management expertise in the real estate industry.  She has managed the operations for CCIM Technologies and leads the team in supporting CCIM members who use Site To Do Business and selling the tools to outside commercial real estate professionals. Carol has been involved in the development and delivery of curriculum for courses designed for the real estate technology products included within Site To Do Business, the Geographic Information Systems products developed by Esri and holds the CDEI certification for distance learning.

Carol began her real estate career in 1986 as Vice President of Marketing for Sterling Properties. She held her broker’s license for many years and was active in leasing and sales of retail, office and industrial properties.   

Carol has served on the Boards of The Rape Crisis Center, Young Men’s Service League and the Dallas Gladney Auxiliary. Carol has been married to her husband, Bill, for forty years, and is the mother of two grown children and a thirteen-year old black lab.
