THE BIGGEST DEAL

Nick Miner, CCIM, with ORION Investment Real Estate in Scottsdale, Ariz., represented the buyers JDS Development Group, LLC and DLS Development Group, LLC in the purchase of a $32 million six-property, five-state portfolio of retail properties from Salmanson Capital, LLC. The properties were all located next to major universities in Arizona, Florida, Indiana, New Mexico, and Illinois.

MULTIFAMILY

Robin Willett, CCIM, Devin Lee, CCIM, and a colleague with Northcap Commercial in Las Vegas, represented an undisclosed party in the $4.89 million sale of a 33,240-sf multifamily property in Henderson, Nev.

INDUSTRIAL

Cristina Hsieh, CCIM, with Sperry Commercial Global Affiliates-SEGAI CRE in Ontario, Calif., represented a buyer in the $15.3 million purchase of a 45,996-sf industrial property in Ontario.

Lance Kammes, CCIM, with Kammes Commercial, Re/Max Suburban in Wheaton, Ill., represented an undisclosed party to close a $9.5 million deal of a 16-acre industrial property in West Chicago, Ill.

Jeff Castell, CCIM, with Cushman & Wakefield Suburban in Indianapolis, Ind., represented an undisclosed party in the $14.275 million sale of a 259,298-sf industrial property in Lafayette, Ind.

Mike Migone, CCIM, and Sudhir “Sid” Bhatt, CCIM, with SVN Commercial Advisory Group in Sarasota, Fla., managed the $17.5 million sale of an 11-acre complex of five industrial properties in Sarasota. Mike Migone, CCIM, represented the sellers, SRQ Industrial, LLC and Industrial Boulevard, LLC. Sudhir “Sid” Bhatt, CCIM, represented the buyer, BA Acquisitions.

Tom Fennell, CCIM, Nick Knecht, CCIM, and colleagues with Dickson Commercial Group in Reno, Nev., represented Sierra Nevada Media Group in the $11.3 million sale of a 90,056-sf industrial property in Carson City, Nev.

MIXED USE

Ron Cruz, CCIM, and a colleague with Newmark in San Francisco, represented One Medical in the more than $5.31 million 10-year lease of a 4,900-sf mixed-use property in Palo Alto, Calif.

Stan Stouder, CCIM, with CRE Consultants in Fort Myers, Fla., represented an undisclosed party in the $3.475 million sale of a 53,244-sf mixed-use property in Fort Myers.

RETAIL / HOSPITALITY

Nolan Julseth-White, CCIM, with SVN | The Equity Group in Las Vegas, Nev., represented the buyer in the $7.475 million purchase of a 13,000-sf KinderCare Learning Center retail property in Las Vegas.

Rob Carroll, CCIM, and David J. Stevens, CCIM, with Investment Properties Corporation in Naples, Fla., closed the $24.5 million deal of a 3.5-acre retail property in Naples, Rob Carroll, CCIM, represented the seller, PPN Naples Hotel, LLC and Rob Carroll, CCIM, David J. Stevens, CCIM, and Scott Merz, with JLL, represented the buyer, Northwestern Memorial Healthcare Corp.

Christine McManus, CCIM, with Investment Properties Corporation in Naples, Fla., negotiated the $3.2 million transaction between J.A. McKinney Properties, LLC and Cargo Court, LLC of a 16,680-sf commercial property in Bonita Springs, Fla.

Tom Viscount, CCIM, with Avison Young in Fort Lauderdale, Fla., represented Chauvet Lighting in the $14.2 million sale of a 61,660-sf retail property in Fort Lauderdale.

Robert Hand, CCIM, with Mississippi Commercial Realty in Hattiesburg, Miss., represented the seller in a $3.3 million lease of River Ridge Shopping Center, a 58,000-sf retail property in Picayune, Miss.

Brian Resendez, CCIM, with SVN | Bluestone in Portland, Ore., negotiated the $19 million sale of Radisson Hotel Portland Airport, a 72,464-sf retail property in Portland.

Brandt Niehaus, CCIM, with Huff, Niehaus & Associates, Inc., in Louisville, Ky., represented the seller in the $5.75 million sale of Best Western Plus Brandywine Inn & Suites, a 5.56-acre hospitality in Monticello, Ind.

William V. Gonnering, CCIM, and Christine McManus, CCIM, with Investment Properties Corporation in Naples, Fla., represented the Phillip D. Melton Revocable Trust in the $2.3 million sale of an 11,172-sf retail property in Naples.

SPECIALTY

Kim Adams, CCIM, with Coldwell Banker Commercial Danforth in Federal Way, Wash. represented both the sellers and buyers in the $4.9 million and $900,000, respectively, sale of two adjacent development parcels totaling 18.77 acres in Spanaway, Wash.

Clint L. Sherwood, CCIM, with Investment Properties Corporation in Naples, Fla., represented Collier Health Services, Inc. in the $3.2 million purchase of a 69,696-sf land property in Naples.

Bryce Custer, CCIM, with NAI Spring in North Canton, Ohio, represented an undisclosed party in the $11.925 million sale of a 350-acre land property in New Cumberland, W. Va.

Russell Noll, CCIM, with Transwestern Commercial Services in San Antonio, Texas represented an undisclosed party in a more than $7 million sale of 27.46-acre land property in Boerne, Texas.

Fred Kermani, CCIM, with CRE Consultants in Naples, Fla., represented the seller in the $4.75 million sale of a 54.51-acre land property in Cape Coral, Fla.

Robby Eaves, CCIM, with Commercial Industrial Properties (CIP) in Austin, Texas, represented an undisclosed party in the $25 million sale of a 149.24-acre land property in Del Vale, Texas.

Neil Merin, CCIM, with NAI Merin Hunter Codman in West Palm Beach, Fla., represented the seller in the $13.5 million sale of a 50.3-acre land property in Wellington, Fla.
