As a CCIM Designee, you have joined an elite, diverse group of practitioners who don't just aspire to individual professional success but work to promote and improve the Commercial Real Estate industry as a whole.

Say You're a CCIM

Let potential clients and contacts know you are a CCIM by adding it to your email signature. Let people know what a CCIM is by linking "CCIM" to www.ccim.com/about/what-ccim-designation.

You can now also:

Update Your Profile

You have an exclusive profile on www.FindaCCIM.com where prospective clients can find you. Make sure your information and photo are up-to-date. Just visit www.ccim.com/myccim or click My Account after logging into CCIM.com. There you can:

  • change your contact information
  • add a profile picture
  • choose your specializations
Get Involved

There are several opportunities for you to help shape the future of the CCIM organization on the national and local levels.

Join Your Local CCIM Chapter
Your CCIM Chapter works to promote your Designation locally, hosts events to connect you with other CCIMs and commercial real estate professionals, and keeps you up to date with educational and informational opportunities. Already a chapter member? Talk to a chapter officer about leadership opportunities that are available.


Work on a Committee
CCIM Institute is driven by the members who work on committees. As a new Designee, you're invited to join a committee to be a voice for the newest CCIMs. 


Attend the Governance Meetings
If you're not quite ready to volunteer for a committee, you can still attend and participate in the spring and fall governance meetings. 

Retain Your Designation

You may continue to use your CCIM Designation as long as you maintain membership with CCIM Institute.

U.S. Designees must also be members of the National Association of REALTORS® by being a REALTOR® or Institute Affiliate member through their local REALTOR® organization. If you are not a current REALTOR® member, create a username and password on realtor.org and process your Institute Affiliate payment.
