We’re thrilled to announce The CCIM Institute Spring Forum, taking place April 27–May 1 at the InterContinental Miami in Miami, Fla.
This isn’t just a name change—our meetings have evolved to provide even greater opportunities for connection, education, and growth. The Spring Forum will feature:
- Educational Offerings for aspiring commercial real estate professionals and future CCIMs. The Miami District is proud to host the Foundations for Success in Commercial Real Estate course, which will expose new professionals to our organization and encourage them to pursue excellence in their careers, with the hope that they may consider the CCIM Designation in the future. As always, we look forward to supporting candidates finishing their journey with the Core Concepts Review and Comprehensive Exam.
- Market Insights featuring focused sessions, including a global economic update, Miami city tour providing an in-depth look at Miami's unique commercial real estate trends. Also, there are Site to Do Business demonstrations offering hands-on guidance and practical use cases to help you maximize this essential technology for your business success.
- Networking and Deal-Making Opportunities that connect you with professionals from around the globe. Build lasting relationships, exchange ideas, and uncover new business opportunities in a dynamic and collaborative environment, including dedicated time in the Networking Lounge. Be sure to join us for the Foundation Fundraiser—“Sailing for Scholarships”—on a yacht, where you’ll enjoy dinner, cocktails, music, and networking, all while supporting scholarships that advance commercial real estate careers. Airport Transportation:
The hotel is 15 minutes from Miami International Airport (MIA) and 30 minutes from Fort Lauderdale International Airport (FLL). Ride Share services average $16 from MIA and $35 from FLL airport. Sailing for Scholarships: The CCIM Institute Foundation Networking Fundraiser

- Join The CCIM Institute Foundation, the Florida CCIM Chapter, and the CCIM Miami District for our premier spring networking event and fundraiser. Proceeds from the event will benefit The CCIM Institute Foundation and its scholarship programs. This year’s fundraiser will be held on the Biscayne Lady yacht. Guests will enjoy dinner, cocktails, music, and networking surrounded by the gorgeous Miami Skyline.
