University Partner Student Membership
Fulltime undergraduate and graduate students from allied universities are invited to apply for this enhanced membership. First-time student membership is free August 1 - December 31.

University Fast Track Membership
Graduates of real estate master's and undergraduate programs from approved colleges and universities will get credit for up to three core courses, and are eligible to earn the CCIM Designation at an accelerated pace though the University Fast Track membership.
Discounted or Free Membership to Local Chapter
Your local chapter is a valuable resource for your students. Exclusively for students aligned with our University Partners, they are offering free or discounted membership.
University Outreach Upgrade Option
In addition to the free program, universities can also opt for an optional upgrade - designed to help you provide additional value to your students. For an annual cost of $1,000 for your undergraduate or graduate program ($1,500 total for both), students in the program will receive all benefits above, plus a free enhanced student membership that includes:
- Online subscription to Commercial Connections magazine and podcast
- Free registration to four CCIM Institute courses:
- Members-only discounts on all other The CCIM Institute educational offerings
- Access to The CCIM Institute's commercial real estate Career Center, offering job alerts, career coaching, resume writing, candidate tips, hiring trends, and more
